Set against the undulating residential hills of Muvattupuzha, 1530 Resi stands as a thoughtful dialogue between tradition and modernity. The 2500 sqft residence revisits the familiar language of Kerala vernacular with a contemporary sensibility, allowing form, material, and climate to dictate its architectural identity. The defining gesture of the house is its roofline. A gable that begins at 15 degrees and progresses to 30 degrees not only gives the project its name but also frames its character.
